𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗨𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗗𝗘𝗙𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 | 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗔𝗢 𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗦 𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗢 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠 𝗝𝗦𝗧 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗘 Unlike many DeFi protocols that depend on continuous token emissions to attract users, JustLend DAO follows a different path. Its economic model is built around real protocol revenue, using a structured buyback and burn mechanism that gradually reduces the circulating supply of JST while aligning the token's value with the growth of the ecosystem. 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗔𝗢 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗨𝗘 Rather than relying on inflation, the protocol earns sustainable income from multiple onchain activities. ➤ Interest rate spreads between borrowers and suppliers. ➤ Liquidation fees collected from undercollateralized positions. ➤ Energy Rental fees generated through TRX staking services, including sTRX. ➤ Additional ecosystem revenue, including surplus profits from USDD operations after predefined reserve requirements are satisfied. Before any JST is repurchased, protocol expenses are covered, including operational costs, development funding, treasury reserves, and risk management allocations. The remaining eligible net revenue becomes the foundation for the JST value mechanism. With billions of dollars in Total Value Locked (TVL), JustLend DAO continues to generate recurring protocol revenue that supports this long-term model. 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗨𝗬𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗕𝗨𝗥𝗡 𝗦𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦 Instead of distributing revenue directly to token holders, JustLend DAO follows a deflationary strategy. ➤ Eligible protocol revenue is allocated to a dedicated buyback pool. ➤ JST is purchased directly from the open market through transparent onchain transactions. ➤ The acquired JST is permanently sent to a burn address, removing those tokens from circulation forever. This approach continuously reduces supply while connecting JST's value to real protocol performance. 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗟 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗘𝗩𝗢𝗟𝗩𝗘𝗗 The buyback program has expanded significantly since its introduction. ➤ Early implementations allocated 30% of accrued protocol revenue toward buybacks. ➤ Quarterly protocol revenue now funds recurring JST repurchases. ➤ Multiple buyback rounds throughout 2025 and 2026 have removed hundreds of millions of JST from circulation. ➤ More than 1.3 billion JST has now been permanently burned, representing approximately 13–14% of the total token supply. 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗟 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦 Every increase in protocol activity strengthens the overall token economy. Protocol usage grows ⬇️ Revenue increases ⬇️ More JST is repurchased ⬇️ More JST is permanently burned ⬇️ Circulating supply decreases while long-term token scarcity increases Instead of creating value through inflationary rewards, JustLend DAO allows protocol growth itself to strengthen JST over time. 𝗝𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗔𝗟𝗦𝗢 𝗔 𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗧 Beyond its economic model, JST serves as the governance token for the JUST ecosystem. Token holders participate in decisions involving: ➤ Risk parameter adjustments. ➤ New collateral and asset listings. ➤ Protocol upgrades. ➤ Future ecosystem development. This means JST derives value from both governance participation and its deflationary tokenomics. 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗦 𝗢𝗨𝗧 ➤ Links JST directly to sustainable protocol revenue instead of inflationary emissions. ➤ Continuously reduces circulating supply through transparent onchain burns. ➤ Creates long-term scarcity without relying on direct revenue distributions. By combining real protocol earnings, transparent execution, deflationary tokenomics, and decentralized governance, JustLend DAO has created an ecosystem where JST's long-term value grows alongside the protocol itself. @DeFi_JUST @justinsuntron #JST #JustLendDAO #TRONDeFi #TRONEcoStar
