Here's the thing: When big money is this balanced, it means they're waiting for a signal. And Ethereum usually moves harder than Bitcoin when the signal comes.

What I'm thinking: This feels like the quiet before a storm. ETH doesn't stay at 6/100 volatility forever.

The move: I'm watching $1,750. If we break it with volume, I think we see a chase. If we fail, $1,700 is the line in the sand.
