Crypto industry groups are pushing for greater clarity around the taxation of mining and staking rewards.

Organizations including Blockchain Association, Crypto Council for Innovation, and The Digital Chamber are urging lawmakers to move forward with proposed tax reforms, arguing that reopening key compromises could delay long-awaited regulatory progress.

As the digital asset industry continues to mature, clear and predictable tax rules remain a major priority for miners, stakers, and investors alike. The outcome could play an important role in shaping future participation and innovation across the crypto ecosystem.

What impact do you think clearer crypto tax rules would have on industry growth? 👇

$ARB Risk-to-Reward (R:R) Breakdown

Taking a mid-range entry of 0.0855, your metrics look like this:

Risk (Entry to SL): ~0.0070 (~8.19%)

TP1 (0.0817): ~0.0038 gain → 1:0.54 R:R (Great for taking partials or locking in stops to clear risk)

TP2 (0.0800): ~0.0055 gain → 1:0.78 R:R

TP3 (0.0775): ~0.0080 gain → 1:1.14 R:R

Structural Notes for Execution

The "Sweep" Confirmation: Since you mentioned liquidity building above recent highs, watch the lower timeframes (e.g., 15m or 1h) inside your entry zone ($0.0842 – 0.0868). Look for a sharp wick upwards that immediately closes back inside the range—this confirms a SFP (Swing Failure Pattern) or a standard stop-hunt before you commit heavy size.

Stop-Loss Room: Your SL at 0.0925 gives the position decent breathing room above the immediate entry zone, protecting you from premature invalidation if the market experiences a highly volatile squeeze before rolling over.

Invalidation Point: If the price gains acceptance (multiple 4H or Daily candles closing firmly above 0.0880), the bearish thesis weakens significantly, as that indicates buyers are absorbing the overhead supply instead of rejecting it.

Manage your leverage carefully relative to that ~8% structural stop distance, and look to trailing stops once TP1 or TP2 are secured to keep it a stress-free trade. Good luck with the rotation play!

$TNSR Low-Timeframe Liquidity Capture: Since $TNSR can experience sudden, erratic spikes, watch the low-timeframe charts (5m/15m) as it taps the local high. You want to see aggressive buying spikes get immediately slammed down, resulting in long upper shadows (wicks) and a micro-market structure shift to prove the bears are actively defending the block.

$SYN Short Update: Hold the Line!

If you are short on $SYN, stay disciplined. That massive upper wick at the 30% retracement level indicates strong institutional distribution—buyers are completely trapped, and that high isn't being retested anytime soon. Structurally, the project operates in a crowded cross-chain infrastructure landscape with very little organic narrative to sustain a full recovery. Similar ecosystem plays have already ballooned by roughly 90%, leaving $SYN fundamentally overextended.

The Play: If you haven’t scaled into your short positions yet, this is your zone. Welcome to the short squad—let the mean-reversion do the heavy lifting.

Throwback Monday: How Old Are You In Crypto?

Do you remember these coins at their ATH?

$ADA was once the 3rd largest crypto (like $XRP) with $101B marketcap, but now it's down -94.90%.

$ICP once the 4th largest crypto with a marketcap around $50B, now it is down -99.10%

$BCH was the 6th largest crypto at $30B, now it's down -88%

$FIL was the 9th largest crypto at $15B marketcap, now it is down -99.81%

All these ALTs have left the top 10 ranking, while some have even fallen below top 20. Other like $POL (previously MATIC) and AVAX used to be in the Top 10 crypto on CMC, but today, they're all below top 20.

$kACE dropped 17.6% – and I'm watching for support."

KACE at $0.085. Down 17.63% today.

This is the smallest drop on the list – which might mean it's holding up better than the others. Or it could mean the selling hasn't fully hit yet.

The level I'm watching is $0.083. If that holds, we might see a bounce toward $0.088. If it breaks, we could see $0.078 next.

My plan:

· Short: 0.084 – 0.086

· Stop: 0.089

· Targets: 0.080 → 0.077 → 0.073

If KACE breaks above $0.089, I'd reconsider. But for now, the trend is down.

Not financial advice. This is just my opinion.

$XOXO is down 18.5% – and it's a micro-cap."

XOXO at $0.000116. Down 18.56% today.

This is a tiny coin – market cap is likely very small. When a micro-cap drops, it can drop a lot more before finding support.

The question is: is there any reason to buy? I don't see a lot of news or community buzz around XOXO, which makes me cautious.

What I'm seeing:

· Short: 0.000115 – 0.000117

· Stop: 0.000120

· Targets: 0.000110 → 0.000105 → 0.000100

If it breaks above $0.000120, the bearish case weakens. But until then, I'm cautious.

Not financial advice. This is just my perspective.

$ZEREBRO is down 19% – and I'm watching for a reversal."

ZEREBRO at $0.0375. Down 19.16% today.

This one caught my eye because the drop is smaller than some others on this list. That could mean it's holding up better – or that the selling isn't done yet.

I notice the volume is picking up as the price drops. Sometimes that's a sign of accumulation – smart money buying the dip.

My approach:

· If you're looking for a bounce: 0.037 – 0.038

· Stop: 0.035

· Targets: 0.040 → 0.042 → 0.045

But if $0.035 breaks, I'd wait for better levels. The risk of further downside increases below that level.

Not financial advice. This is just my analysis.
