CRYPTO PACS GO 11 FOR 11 IN JUNE PRIMARIES AS FAIRSHAKE EXTENDS BIPARTISAN WINNING STREAK THROUGH CALIFORNIA NEW JERSEY AND SOUTH DAKOTA Crypto-backed super PACs affiliated with Fairshake saw all 11 of their endorsed candidates advance or win in Tuesday’s primary elections across California, New Jersey, and South Dakota, extending a consecutive-win streak that began with a 6-for-6 sweep of Texas runoffs on May 20 and now covers 17 consecutive victories in 2026 elections. Democrats accounted for 10 of the 11 Tuesday wins, including Representatives Zoe Lofgren and Ted Lieu in California and Ted Lieu’s district, along with Dave Min and Rob Menendez in closely watched races, plus Republican Senator Mike Rounds in South Dakota. Lofgren, a senior member of the House Judiciary Committee, and Lieu, a member of House leadership, are among the most senior Democrats to receive Fairshake support in the current cycle. Fairshake and its affiliated PACs have spent more than $45 million on the 2026 election cycle and have backed candidates in both parties in every competitive primary they have entered. The strategy has explicitly shifted toward cultivating new Democratic allies rather than relying on an existing roster of established crypto champions in Congress. The crypto industry’s primary legislative priorities, the CLARITY Act and the GENIUS Act stablecoin framework, require bipartisan support to advance through a divided Congress, giving Fairshake a direct incentive to build relationships with both party caucuses simultaneously. The Senate floor reopened Wednesday to attempt to consolidate the Clarity Act into a single vehicle with GENIUS Act updates, targeting an August signing. Winning primaries for incumbent Democrats in safe seats ensures crypto-aligned members survive the general election regardless of which party controls the House in January 2027. The June 3 results follow a November 2024 cycle in which Fairshake spent approximately $133 million and helped defeat several prominent crypto-skeptic incumbents including Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio. The 2026 cycle’s bipartisan approach builds on that foundation with a broader geographic and partisan footprint. Crypto PACs have now won 17 consecutive targeted primary contests in 2025 and 2026 across Texas, California, New Jersey, and South Dakota, with no endorsed candidate losing in either cycle. The total stablecoin market capitalization stands at approximately $325 billion, and the CLARITY Act and GENIUS Act together represent the largest regulatory framework expansion for the industry in U.S. history.
