There are really TWO ways to model ASST if Strive buys 200 BTC per BUSINESS day for 5 years and Bitcoin compounds at 28% annually. Same BTC acquisition pace. Same 13% SATA dividend assumption. Totally different outcomes depending on how the capital structure is managed. SCENARIO 1: AMPLIFICATION STAYS STEADY This is the clean version. Strive keeps the current common-equity amplification profile roughly intact while scaling the machine. In other words, the senior-claim drag does not spiral out of control relative to common shareholders. BTC stack goes from 15,391 BTC to 267,391 BTC BTC price at 28% CAGR goes to ~$263,117 BTC NAV becomes ~$70.35B Under this version, CEBE/share explodes from roughly 14.6k sats today to roughly 173k sats in year 5. That is an 11.9x increase in CEBE/share. The implied ASST stock price path in the model: Today: $18 Year 1: $92 Year 2: $191 Year 3: $324 Year 4: $503 Year 5: $743 This is the dream scenario. Strive becomes a Bitcoin capital markets weapon while preserving the amplification dynamic for common shareholders. SCENARIO 2: SATA SCALES, COMMON ONLY SERVICES DIVIDENDS This is the more mechanical version. Strive keeps issuing SATA to buy Bitcoin, but only sells ASST to service the 13% SATA dividend burden. The BTC stack still goes vertical. But senior claims grow much faster, and common shareholders absorb more drag. In this model, the amplification goes to 76% and falls to 60% by year 4. Even then, the numbers are still insane. CEBE/share rises from roughly 14.6k sats today to roughly 74.2k sats in year 5. The implied ASST stock price path in this model: Today: $18 Year 1: $32 Year 2: $64 Year 3: $118 Year 4: $199 Year 5: $319 So the real question is not simply “can Strive buy more Bitcoin?” The real question is: Can Strive scale SATA while keeping the common-equity flywheel clean? Because both scenarios are bullish. But Scenario 1 is the elegant monster. Scenario 2 is still explosive, just heavier, more burdened, and more dependent on the market continuing to reward the structure. Either way, 200 BTC per business day for 5 years would turn Strive into a monster. The difference is whether ASST becomes a disciplined CEBE compounding machine, or a preferred-fueled dragon with more senior-claim weight on its back. Think they can buy more as they scale? What will the demand for SATA be? For amplified Bitcoin via ASST? The answer could be somewhere in the middle between these two scenarios. But I think a lot of people think they can get to not only $70 billion of Bitcoin, but $100 billion. We'll see how long it takes them and what will happen along the way :)
