Spot High-Frequency Account API Upgrade Completion 0403

Dear KuCoin Spot API Users,

The KuCoin Spot API high-frequency account has been upgraded without downtime, and the specific optimizations are as follows:

1. Add Modify order interface, POST /api/v1/hf/orders/alter

2. Add Sync cancel orders by orderId interface, DELETE /api/v1/hf/orders/sync/{orderId}

3. Add Sync cancel orders by clientOid interface, DELETE /api/v1/hf/orders/sync/client-order/{clientOid}

4. Add Sync place multiple hf orders interface, POST /api/v1/hf/orders/multi/sync

5. Add Obtain List of Active HF Orders interface, GET /api/v1/hf/orders/active/symbols

6. Modify POST /api/v1/hf/orders/multi interface, and input parameters: support batch orders for different trading pairs; output parameters: the return value has been optimized, only orderId and order results are returned.
