Affected by the destructive hardware failure of Amazon Cloud Services (AWS), there were temporary deposit and withdrawal delays on the exchange on Feb 19th, 2021. We have now completed the system upgrade caused by AWS failure at 23:00 on February 19th, 2021 (UTC).
