Q: What is Pixie?

Amjad: Pixie is the world's first fully functional crypto-based photo and video sharing social network in Web3 with SocialFi concepts. It is known as a crypto version of TikTok and Instagram. All social activities, such as posting, liking, and reposting in the Pixie App, are rewarded with a PIX token.

With more than 30 thousand daily active users and 7 million posts on the platform, Pixie has become one of the largest social networks in the Web3 era and the benchmark of the SocialFi project. Pixie App is available both on Google Play and Apple App Store.

Q: What is the total and circulation supply of PIX?

Amjad: With the increase in user base and social activities, mining speed will reduce. When the Pixie's participant number reaches 50 million to 100 million, the PIX circulation supply is estimated to reach and maintain at approximately 10 billion to 50 billion, where the PIX mining and burning will achieve a dynamic equilibrium or the balanced state. The maximum supply of PIX in Pixie's life cycle is 100 billion. Still, this amount will theoretically never be reached as Pixie designs a strict burning mechanism.

You can tell that if only more users join Pixie, more PIX can be mined through social mining. Pixie will be able to reach the same or even more value as Instagram or TikTok.

Q: How about the price of PIX?

Amjad: The overall market environment will affect the value of PIX. And aside from market influences, the price of PIX is closely related to the number of active Pixie users. The more users join Pixie, the higher price of PIX will potentially be. On the listing day, the trading volume of Pixie reached over 6 million and attracted a significant amount of attention, with a large number of users flooding into the market.

However, the users had stood by Pixie and us. The users and we will hold PIX for the long run since the current price of PIX is very much undervalued if we look at the bigger picture.

Q: Why is Pixie not a Ponzi?

Amjad: Pixie is not a project only with white paper. Pixie App is fully-functional and is available both on Google Play and App Store. Pixie retains the profit model of traditional web2 products, with funds that can be generated through:

1. Advertisements. Advertisement fees will need to be paid in PIX when the user base of Pixie reaches a certain point.

2. Pixie Editor. This is an NFT editing tool within the Pixie app that needs to be paid by PIX to unlock.

Hence, the continuous inflow of external funds will make Pixie an economically close-looped, long-term sustainable project. Especially the advertising system we are about to launch.

Q: Tell us about your roadmap.

Amjad: In Q3 of this year, we successfully launched the Pixie 2.0 version, which bought us the NFT Genesis Cameras and the Credit System. We have also managed to get PIX listed on KuCoin, one of the greatest Exchanges, and we want to thank our partners at KuCoin for making this happen. In Q4 2022, we will be working on building an advertising platform & DAO voting system (Beta Version). Aside from that, we will also be launching the web version of Pixie, aka the Pixie Web. We also made plans for 2023 and 2024, including many exciting new features we intend to bring to all Pixie users.

Q: Is there any other good news you can share with us?

Amjad: We are about to launch an AI-based advertising system. This will be the first Web3 user-focused advertisement system.

PIX will pay advertising fees! The income generated by advertisement will be divided into three parts:

1. One part will be burned.

2. Another part will be paid to the users who have watched the advertisement.

3. The rest will be given to the Pixie Operation Team.

Also, we have received a lot of requests from advertisers and exchanges who wish to launch marketing campaigns on Pixie due to the strong and diverse user base. Last but not the least, our DAO voting system will also soon be launched. Users can vote to burn the PIX of cheaters in Pixie. We believe this will greatly boost the sales of Genesis Cameras, while at the same time, a large amount of PIX will also be burned and form a well-functioning economical cycle.

Q: From personal experience, the pixie withdrawal system is too slow; as they mentioned, it may take up to 15 days. Can you please justify why the withdrawal system is too slow and what your visions are for faster withdrawals?

Amjad: I want to assure everyone that withdrawals will only become faster soon. The reason for these 15 business days is that we are currently conducting screenings on all the cheaters. We will make sure these cheaters are rooted out. And their PIX will be burned through the DAO voting system. So when the DAO system launches, the withdrawals will be much faster, even in several minutes.

Q: Is your platform suitable for Crypto beginners? Or is it only appealing to professional users?

Amjad: We believe Pixie is the bridge between both Web2 and Web3 users. First of all, we have a fully functioning product that is easy to use for Web2 users. It will mean more followers, and likes for contents as well as more active users. Also, our app is also user friendly towards Web3 users. As a Web3 user, you can log straight into the app using your Web3 address. It is also our mission to educate the Web2 users and help them to cross that bridge into the Web3 universe.

Amjad:

NFT Genesis Camera Series are introduced in our latest Pixie 2.0 update. There are different levels or you may call prices for the Cameras, and they come with different ratings.
