英偉達首席執行官黃仁勳週三敦促 G20 國家加快人工智慧基礎設施佈局，警告稱對 AI 監管過度將使各國陷入落後困境。與此同時，川普政府藉此峰會向各國推介一套輕監管的 AI 治理框架。
黃仁勳在 G20 科技峰會上表示，英偉達將「僅在今年一年內向美國基礎設施投入近 1 萬億美元」，理由是美國的監管環境和能源政策。
He compared AI to public infrastructure such as water and electricity, calling it "the great equalizer," and emphasized that "every country needs to build infrastructure to support its own economy."

本次峰會由美國主辦，特朗普政府官員正積極推動 G20 成員接受一套名為 "Carolina Principles" 的 AI 治理指導方針。
據悉，該文件明確提醒各國不應為 AI 另設監管機構，而是倡導政府與私營企業加強合作，共同測試新興技術。
Huang Renxun further clarified his regulatory stance in a conversation with U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick. He stated that the government should regulate against "actual and specific harms" rather than "theoretical and hypothetical harms," and emphasized that product safety responsibility should be borne by companies themselves, not government officials.
"Technology is still in its formative stage," said Huang, "each company must take responsibility for developing technology securely."

即使是以呼籲 AI 安全防護而著稱的 Anthropic 聯合創始人 Tom Brown，也在其與 Howard Lutnick 的對話中強調了全球加速建設資料中心的重要性。
Brown 告訴 G20 代表，各國只要為技術基礎設施建設掃清障礙，便能收穫 AI 紅利。他表示「非常喜歡」特朗普本周早些時候在社交媒體上為數據中心項目背書的帖子，稱其為繁榮的來源。
"This is clearly the bottleneck for all of our progress," Brown said, "we are facing severe shortages of electricity and labor, making it difficult to meet AI demand."
