首款 2nm 制程晶片 M6，來了。

儘管是 3nm 工藝，但蘋果特別強調採用了首創的 4 芯堆疊技術——
也算應用了華為提出的韜定律。
不仅如此，這兩顆晶片直接塞進了新款 Mac——
Mac mini 搭載 M6/M5 Pro，國行售價自 6999 元起；Mac Studio 升級至 M5 Max/M5 Ultra，國行售價自 19999 元起。
外殼還是那個熟悉的外殼，內部已開始全力衝刺 AI。

更有趣的是，這波 AI 算力剛釋出，記憶體就先撐不住了。。。
趕上全球記憶體短缺，再疊加本地AI對大記憶體猛猛上強度，512GB 版 Mac Studio 已經排到 10 月底才能供貨。
此外，也開始了限購。
這這這……庫克真的在退休前，把子彈打光了啊。
臨走前又給 Mac 狠狠開了一把外掛！！！
2nm 首秀，蘋果先將 M6 狠狠推上 AI！
我們先來說說 M6。
之所以要特別強調，主要是因為 M6 真正將蘋果晶片帶入了 2nm 時代！！（歡呼.jpg）
M6 是蘋果首款採用 2nm 製程製造的晶片，CPU 從上一代的 10 核擴展至 12 核。
包括 2 顆 Super Core、4 顆性能核心和 6 顆能效核心，GPU 也來到 12 核，統一記憶體頻寬則拉到 170 GB/s。
但更明顯的變化，主要體現在大家很關心的 AI 能力裡——
在 M6 的每顆 GPU 核心中，都直接整合了 Neural Accelerator，並配備了一套 Dual 16-core Neural Engine。
也就是說，原本負責圖形和通用並行計算的 GPU，現在進一步長出了專門用於 AI 計算的外掛！！
僅看這串參數，大家可能還沒有什麼實感，但放到 Mac mini 上，數據就比較直觀了——
與 M4 Mac mini 相比，M6 版本的 AI 性能最高提升 4 倍，GPU 最高快 2 倍，CPU 最高快 40%。
When running LLMs with LM Studio, prompt processing performance reaches up to 4.8 times that of the M4, and up to 13.5 times faster than the first-generation M1 Mac mini.
Moreover, the unified memory bandwidth has now reached 170 GB/s, approximately 10% higher than the M5.
雖然基礎款仍為 16GB，最高可配至 32GB，但對於本地運行中小型模型、常駐 Agent 和 AI 工作流來說，吞吐能力明顯提升了一個檔次。
這也能看出來，蘋果現在對 Mac mini 的想法也有點變了。。。
蘋果在新聞稿中直接開始講述 agentic AI workflows、always-on agentic computing。
Johny Srouji 更特別提到，Mac mini 既可以當家用電腦、專業工作站，也可以直接當一台 always-on agentic device。
過去那個約600美元、藏在螢幕後安靜辦公的小盒子，如今已被蘋果推向桌面Agent伺服器的方向。
模型可在本地運行，Agent 可持續運行，程式碼、檔案和任務也可保留在本機。
雖小，但已經越來越像伺服器了。
當然，這個小盒子的「身價」也跟著完成了一輪躍遷。。。
2024 年的 M4 Mac mini 國行首發價僅為 4499 元，現在 M6 版本的起價直接來到 6999 元。

Apple 首次四 Die：M5 Ultra 直接用桌面機猛堆 AI 算力
然後來到真正的狠活——M5 Ultra。
如果說 M6 是在為普通 Mac 強力補足 AI 計算能力，那麼在 M5 Ultra 這邊，蘋果已經直奔桌面級 AI 工作站而去。
It is worth noting that this is the first time Apple has implemented a quad-die architecture in its M-series SoC.
這裡稍微解釋一下，何為四 Die 架構捏——
From an official technical perspective, it actually connects two sets of dual-die M5 Max via the new-generation UltraFusion to form a quad-die system, rather than simply stacking four chips like a layered pastry.
Performance is also impressive, with up to 36 CPU cores, 80 GPU cores, 32 neural network engines, 512 GB unified memory, and 1.2 TB/s memory bandwidth.
AI 峰值性能最高可達 M3 Ultra 的 4.3 倍、M1 Ultra 的 9.8 倍；在 LM Studio 中的大模型 Prompt 處理，相比 M3 Ultra 最高快 4 倍。
還有一個非常蘋果、也非常適合本地AI的地方——統一記憶體。
在傳統 PC 上，CPU 記憶體和 GPU 顯存各自為政，想為 GPU 塞入幾百 GB 顯存，成本和工程難度都相當驚人。。。
但！Mac Studio 的這套 512GB 統一內存可直接供 CPU、GPU 等計算單元共享。
這意味著，只要模型權重能裝得下，許多原本需要伺服器或多張高端 GPU 才能運行的大模型，現在可以直接運行在一台桌面電腦上。
甚至一台都嫌少，還能繼續串。。。
官方在 WWDC 演示中甚至直接以超大模型為例，針對單台 512GB 記憶體都無法容納的模型，將權重拆分到多台 Mac Studio 中共同運行。
在四節點情況下，分散式AI推理性能最高可達單機的3倍。
所以看到這裡，這代 Mac Studio 的路子其實已經挺明顯了——
Apple 正在將 Apple Silicon + 超大統一記憶體 + MLX + Thunderbolt RDMA 整合為一套完整的本地 AI 計算堆疊。
單機 512GB，覺得小就繼續並機。
這下好了，別人還在賣你 AI 電腦，蘋果卻開始賣你桌面 AI 機房了？？
AI 把 Mac 涨價了，也快把高記憶體 Mac 買斷貨了
問題也隨之而來。
這麼強大的統一記憶體，偏偏撞上了這兩年 AI 行業最緊俏的東西之一：記憶體～
《華爾街日報》提到，前幾代 Mac mini 和 Mac Studio 已悄悄成為 AI 開發者圈裡的爆款。
尤其是在本地大模型、Coding Agent、OpenClaw 這類需求興起後，高記憶體 Mac 的優勢突然被重新發現——
機器買回來後，可以反覆運行模型，無需每次調用都計算 Token。
AI 公司在搶記憶體，數據中心在搶記憶體，PC 廠商在搶記憶體。
現在連用 Mac 跑 Agent 的人都來搶內存，供需直接撞車。。。
蘋果上一代最高記憶體配置此前甚至一度從官網消失，而新 Mac Studio 雖然重新開放 512GB 統一記憶體，但蘋果已經提前說明——

價格漲幅確實跟著 AI 計算力一起飛漲了。。。
