$TSLA IS TRENDING — BUT IS IT A BUY? Tesla may be one of the most talked-about stocks on X today, but hype doesn’t automatically mean it’s time to buy. 👀 📊 DCA Optimizer Verdict: 1× DCA Not an aggressive buy. Not a trim. Just steady accumulation. 🎯 Key Price Zones to Watch: 🟢 Buy Zone: $299–$323 🟡 Smart Money Zone: $283–$300 The better buying opportunity may have been back in July/August. Now, patience and discipline matter. 📌 Don’t chase the hype. Watch the levels.

$TSLA Prepare for $1,000. I’m serious, this is one of the best weekly charts in the market right now, and the setup is getting very hard to ignore. $TSLA has spent months compressing inside a massive bull flag, and price is already leaning into the breakout. The 50 WMA separates consolidation from acceleration. If bulls reclaim it and hold it, I think Wave 3 is underway. And once that happens, $1,000 stops sounding aggressive and starts becoming the level everyone suddenly pretends they saw coming.

Tesla's crowd showed up ten days before this price did. Oct 16 was the biggest Tesla day of the past year, with 100,639 accounts posting. The stock sat near its October low that day. Creators are still running near 40,000 a day, well above the 25,193 average of the two weeks before.

The last time $TSLA spent this long coiling under one level, it ran 1,286% $TSLA closed near 400 again, near the highs of a range it’s been building since 2021. If the latest 400 break isn't immediately sold off, $TSLA can push back towards ATHs near 500. If it fails again, 380 needs to hold, otherwise bears can force a backtest of 350 🔑 Key Catalysts Neocloud Shakeout: Musk says lenders have shut the door on AI cloud companies with no outside revenue and 200+ of them face “guppy-level death.” Tesla pays for its own Cortex clusters with car and energy cash, and a $30B debt line sits unused SpaceX Merger Committees: Both boards formed special committees on Oct 20 to study a combination with $SPCX. $TSLA $SPCX $ARKX #Tesla #SpaceX #Merger #CorporateGovernance #Investing A fact in SpaceX's holders' favor: the person who controls the paying side pays with them. Musk owns 44.7% of SpaceX and 17.7% of Tesla, so a premium to Tesla's holders costs him more than it pays him; at 30% his net is about minus $61 billion on market prices. Under his 2025 Tesla award as written, a deal below $505.98 a Tesla share forfeits all 423.7 million unearned shares, $10.5 billion net to him at market and $42.4 billion at 30%, on top of the premium. On the documents as they stand, his economics run against any premium and his gain is control. The terms that would change that are a replacement of the award in the combined company and the direction of the deal.

$TSLA $SPCX $XLY #Tesla #SpaceX #CorporateGovernance #Merger #Texas #Investing Both companies are Texas corporations, and Texas rewrote its rules in 2025: a listed company's directors are presumed to act in good faith unless a shareholder pleads fraud or intentional misconduct, among other things, and both companies require a 3% holder, about 119 million Tesla shares, to sue on the company's behalf. No Texas court has yet ruled on a controller merger under those rules. And one set of documents already addresses the case: Tesla's three credit agreements of 29 September, $30 billion of lines filed with its quarterly report, carve a merger with a company controlled by Musk out of the change-of-control default (the clause that lets lenders demand repayment when control of the borrower changes), so long as Tesla keeps investment-grade ratings from two of three agencies for 90 days after the announcement.

Barclays has upgraded $TSLA to Overweight and set a $450 price target, pointing to a significant acceleration in Robotaxi miles driven. Tesla has reportedly accumulated nearly 2 million unsupervised miles, with activity growing around 8x last quarter. Meanwhile, FSD adoption has exceeded 75% of new vehicle deliveries across North America. These developments highlight growing momentum in Tesla’s autonomous driving ambitions, though execution and wider adoption remain key factors to watch.
