These “falling knives” moved higher while the market sold off. $NVO +2.43% $NKE +3.67% I get why the yearly charts put people off, but that’s exactly where the asymmetry comes from. Expectations are already crushed, so even a little improvement can mean a lot. I can’t emphasize enough how important these setups are for a portfolio. You want something that can work without everything else going right. I already shared my favorite asymmetric stocks to buy.

$TSLA I think people underestimate what $TSLA just showed us. It reclaimed the 50 WMA, broke out of the weekly bull flag, and closed the week above both. All while gaining 8% as $QQQ fell over 2%. Holding a breakout when the market is selling off tells me a lot more than breaking out when everything is flying. Yep, I think we’re getting ready to launch toward $1,000.

$NOW If today’s selloff surprised you, you chose to ignore the warnings. Five months ago, I laid out the exact path I expected $NOW to take. Here we are, watching it play out. The problem with falling in love with a stock is that every warning starts sounding like an insult. Look at your holdings with the same skepticism you’d have if someone were trying to sell them to you today. See you at $50.

Imagine growing revenue 18-fold and watching your stock go almost nowhere for twelve years. That’s $BABA. Revenue is roughly 18x what it was in 2014, yet the stock sits just 7% above its first trading-day close. $JD tells a similar story: more than 10x the revenue, with the stock only 22% higher. That alone doesn’t make either a bargain, but it’s enough to get my attention. Before writing them off, ask how much of that bigger business can actually turn into earnings for you.

$NBIS This could be the start of a massive year-end rally. I’ve been saying the $160 area matters for bulls, and so far they’ve stepped in where they needed to. If they keep defending it, we have a real chance of a strong move into year-end. I can see $300+ happening, but don't underestimate the risk here. My advice: decide how you’ll handle a break of support now, while you’re thinking clearly. That decision gets much harder once you’re losing money.

$TSLA Prepare for $1,000. I’m serious, this is one of the best weekly charts in the market right now, and the setup is getting very hard to ignore. $TSLA has spent months compressing inside a massive bull flag, and price is already leaning into the breakout. The 50 WMA separates consolidation from acceleration. If bulls reclaim it and hold it, I think Wave 3 is underway. And once that happens, $1,000 stops sounding aggressive and starts becoming the level everyone suddenly pretends they saw coming.

$IREN is a $100+ stock! And that’s what most people misunderstand about this correction. The bigger structure is still very bullish. What $IREN has been correcting more than anything lately is time. Price can make the journey painful without changing the destination very much. There’s a quote I’ve always loved: “Life is a tragedy in close-up, but a comedy in long-shot.” Investing works the same way. Zoom in and every correction feels like a disaster. Zoom out and sometimes all you really had to do was wait.

$RKLB The circles on the chart show you where I accumulated $RKLB the most. I started buying around $11, kept adding through the uncomfortable parts, and at the peak that position was up roughly 1,200%. A few weeks ago I started buying again. The funny part is that investing has probably never been easier mechanically, yet people have never been worse at doing the one thing that matters most: Waiting... Everyone wants the next move now. The next breakout now. The reward now. Sometimes the entire advantage is simply being able to sit on your hands longer than everyone else.

$NKE Ignoring $NKE here is getting stupid! More than 723M shares have already traded in October, with 5 trading days still left. And here’s the crazy part: October is already tracking as Nike’s second-highest-volume month since May 1997, before the month is even finished. That kind of activity around multi-year lows gets my attention very quickly. I’m not saying volume alone marks the bottom. But when one of the biggest brands on earth gets crushed and suddenly trades with volume we haven’t seen in nearly 30 years? You’d be stupid not to pay attention.

$NVO Roughly $475 BILLION in value was wiped out from $NVO in just 20 months. That’s almost 3x what the entire company is worth today. And this is still a business generating over $15.5 BILLION in annual profit. Put differently, that’s the equivalent of roughly 30 years of current annual profit erased from the valuation. And you’re still asking if $NVO is a buy?
