🚨 The SEC has proposed eliminating Rules 611 and 610(e), two market regulations introduced in 2005 that have long been viewed as major obstacles to tokenized equities. If approved, decentralized trading models such as AMMs could more easily support tokenized U.S. stocks, bringing traditional equities closer to the blockchain ecosystem. Industry analysts see this as a potentially major milestone for the future of real world asset tokenization and DeFi adoption.

The White House is targeting July 4 for passage of the CLARITY Act. 🚨 Patrick Witt says he's "optimistic" and that "every day we're making great progress." This is arguably the most important crypto bill in years. If passed, the U.S. will finally get a clear framework for digital assets, stablecoins, exchanges, and market structure.

How valuable is the cryptocurrency industry? CFTC Chairman Michael Selig made significant remarks regarding the cryptocurrency sector. Michael Selig: "We are establishing clear rules, but it is critical that these rules be codified into law. We aim to solidify them so that a future administration, even if hostile to crypto, cannot dismantle our regulations. We want the United States to lead on crypto, and this law will help us achieve that. This legislation will require exchanges registered with the CFTC to comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements as digital commodity exchanges. Of course, there are entrenched interests trying to block this law. But what this administration believes in—and what I consider vital—is competition and innovation. We believe in regulation: setting clear rules, protecting investors and customers, and ensuring our markets function well. At the same time, we must allow for innovation. If this innovation doesn’t happen here, it won’t disappear—it will move to China or another foreign country, and we will miss this opportunity. The United States must lead; we need a clear law that establishes the rules and enables our markets to continue evolving—from the buttonwood agreement, through trading pits, electronic markets, and now blockchain-based markets. We are excited about this; as the United States, we must lead, and we cannot allow another country to take this opportunity away from us."

🚨BRAD GARLINGHOUSE JUST ABSOLUTELY STOLE THE SHOW ON FOX BUSINESS 📰 Brad Garlinghouse went OFF on Fox Business with Maria Bartiromo! Key takeaways straight from the interview:👇🔥 -Jamie Dimon is fighting the Clarity Act hard because he doesn’t want crypto companies paying rewards. Brad absolutely destroyed him: 🗣️ Jamie has called this industry a “Ponzi scheme” and Bitcoin a “pet rock” for a decade. JPMorgan makes $20 BILLION in payments revenue and over $5 BILLION in profit. He’s just protecting his massive moat. -The Clarity Act is a major victory for Ripple and the entire crypto industry. It delivers the regulatory certainty banks, CFOs, and treasurers need to finally lean in. -90% of crypto trading is still offshore. Clarity brings it onshore with real consumer protections. -Ripple is laser focused on enterprise: banks, payment providers, prime brokerage, and corporates - retail next up next like David said? 👀 HUGE RIPPLE MOVES: 💥 -Ripple just launched a new AI Starter Kit for the XRP Ledger - curated tools so developers can build agent powered apps and payments on XRPL. Future proofing the ledger for the AI era. -Ripple is on track to hit a $1 BILLION revenue run rate by the end of this year (NOT including XRP on the balance sheet).😉 -RLUSD is already a top 5 stablecoin just 18 months after launch. -Focused on integrating acquisitions but staying aggressive on opportunities.🤓 The regulatory moat is cracking.
