CLARITY Act law enforcement support
June 3, 160 law enforcement officials urged Senate to advance CLARITY Act, calling it a national security upgrade. Passage odds rose to 63%.
Resistance:
* 1,800
* 1,820
* 1,860 (EMA200)
Support:
* 1,717 (recent low)
* 1,680
* 1,600
Bullish scenario:
ETH needs to reclaim 1,800 first and then break above 1,860 (EMA200). Without that, any bounce is likely just a relief rally inside a downtrend.
Bearish scenario:
If 1,717 breaks, downside could accelerate toward 1,680 and potentially 1,600. The current structure favors sellers until a higher low and higher high are established

Resistance:
* 64,200–64,500
* 65,000
* 66,600 (EMA200)
Support:
* 61,380 (recent low)
* 60,000 psychological level
* 58,500–59,000
Structure:
* Lower highs.
* Lower lows.
* Price rejected multiple recovery attempts.
* EMA200 acting as dynamic resistance.
Bullish scenario:
BTC must reclaim 65,000 first. A move back above 66,600 (EMA200) would significantly improve the outlook and could target 68,000–69,000.
Bearish scenario:
A break below 61,380 would likely trigger another wave of selling. In that case, 60,000 becomes the next major support zone, followed by 58,500–59,000.

🚨 BULLISH UPDATE 🇺🇸 The Crypto Clarity Act has officially been added to the U.S. Senate legislative calendar. That means the bill is now eligible for full Senate consideration a major step forward for regulatory clarity in crypto. Clearer rules. More institutional confidence. Greater market participation. The foundation for the next leg up is being built.

The new acting Director of National Intelligence Bill Pulte follows me on X. That's a serious position and he is into Bitcoin. We have Bitcoiners at the highest levels of the US administration. Perhaps it is only a matter of time before that materialises into something significant for Bitcoin. Perhaps not. Interesting nevertheless.

Approximately 160 former U.S. security and law enforcement officials have endorsed the #ClarityAct in a letter sent to the U.S. Senate. Supporters argue that the legislation will strengthen efforts against illicit financial activities by establishing stronger oversight in the crypto market. The bill is currently awaiting a vote in the Senate Committee.

The carnage continues - 1 hr $626 million Rekt, 12 hr $1.37 B Rekt, 24 hr running total $1.73 B liquidated. 282k traders liquidated. Think about that. It seems the closer we get to the clarity act being signed the more they are hording profits before the hammer drops on regulation with heavy fines, investigations and more Jail time. #CryptoMarket #cryptoderivatives #clarityact #SEC #CFTC

Clarity precedes liquidity. Now the CLARITY Act has officially advanced onto the Senate legislative calendar, bringing the U.S. one step closer to a clear market structure framework for digital assets. The sequence matters!! Clarity → Compliance → Institutional Participation → Liquidity → Adoption Institutions are absolutely focused on risk. And regulatory uncertainty has been one of the largest barriers preventing banks, asset managers, payment providers, and treasury platforms from fully engaging with digital asset infrastructure. This is why I believe the CLARITY Act may ultimately be more important than any single partnership announcement with ripple so far Because partnerships open doors. Clarity opens entire industries🫣 #XRP
