Sisters, the World Swap remittance platform by @worldlibertyfi is finally launching!
USD1 is crashing into cross-border payments—Pakistan has already signed an MoU, and real remittance use cases are coming. I was up late last night scrolling through proposals, not checking K-lines, but genuinely excited. This governance has real guts: the treasury is funding growth, and I’m just worried the money might be wasted.
In the past, so many governance tokens were voted on and then went silent—like air. This time, it’s completely different: WLFI is directly allocating a portion of the treasury to USD1 to drive adoption like crazy. Voting has become a real budget switch, sisters—I’m screaming 666 at this move!
But what I fear most is that when subsidies stop, everyone just runs away. I’ve seen too many failed projects—it’s exhausting. So I’m watching three things closely: who exactly gets the money, where it’s spent, and what the data shows. Transparency must be daily—reality checks beat slogans a thousand times over. Otherwise, disaster is inevitable.
I’m only looking at these three hard metrics: how smoothly can you swap to USD1 with minimal slippage? Are new entry points actually being used? Can usage hold steady after 7, 14, or 30 days of incentive removal? Only those that survive the tide withdrawal are true winners!
Before you vote, sisters—stay sharp. Don’t act impulsively. Ask: Who gets the money? When? What metrics determine success? What’s the kill switch if it fails? When’s the next review? If any of these are missing, I won’t vote. Incentives without safeguards are just traps.
Now that the remittance platform is here—sisters, what do you think? Should the treasury first expand more liquidity pools and entry points to attract users, or should it go all-in on deep, hardcore payment and remittance use cases? Tell me which side you’re on—and back it up with data. Let’s go!
