# BTC faces downward pressure

Analysis of the BTC/USDT pair

Bitcoin's price has bounced off the horizontal support level after breaking below its lows and is currently trading below both the horizontal support level and the downtrend resistance line.

As long as Bitcoin's price remains below this zone, the current movement can be considered a temporary rebound. A clear breakout and price acceptance above the trend line and supply zone would shift momentum toward upside; otherwise, rejection from this zone could lead the price back to the demand zone at $63,000.

BTC/USD - update BTC already had its aggressive flush into the low 60Ks. That reset the market and removed weak hands. Now BTC is consolidating between major support around 56K and resistance around 71K to 77K. This is a decision range. If BTC holds support and reclaims higher levels, the trend continues upward later. Right now BTC looks like it’s stabilizing, not breaking down.

📊 BTC Key Turning Point: Detailed Analysis After Volume Surge on Daily Chart Re-test Bitcoin experienced a volume-backed pin bar in the 62.5K–64.5K range, sending a powerful signal: after distributing at the 72K high, major players are now re-testing and shifting positions at this level. Below is the core scenario and trading logic for the next 72 hours. Bookmark this for reference. 1️⃣ Market Detail Analysis (Key Signals) Daily Chart: Yesterday’s volume surge near 63K exceeded the volume seen during the prior consolidation phase between 70K–72K. This indicates weakening bearish momentum and strong bullish absorption. 4H Chart: Price remains confined within the descending trendline. The critical level is 66,500—the “survival line” for bulls and bears. Only a sustained close above this level confirms a true trend reversal and the start of a rally. 2️⃣ Key Levels & Execution Plan Long Position: Our longs entered near 63,800; stop-loss has already been moved to breakeven for protection. First Take-Profit: Near 70,000. This is a mechanical target—emotionless execution required. Book profits here. Second Target: If price breaks above 72K with strong volume, the upside opens toward the major resistance zone of 75,500–80,600. 3️⃣ Extreme Scenario Warnings False Breakout Risk: If price reaches 70K–72K but shows declining volume or a rapid pin bar reversal (false breakout), this becomes the optimal entry for long-term short positions. Secondary Re-test Risk: If price fails to break above 66,500 over the next two days and drops back below 64K, it is highly likely to re-test the 62,500 support zone. ⚡ Trading Summary Current bias: Range-bound rebound. Hold longs targeting 70K; after taking profit, assess the strength of the 72K breakout. A rebound is not a reversal—until 72K is firmly held, remain prepared to switch to a long-term bearish mindset. 👇 Which level matters most to you? Previous $BTC bear market drawdowns: 2011: -93% 2014: -86% 2018: -84% 2022: -77% 2026: ??? If history repeats, #BTC will drop around 70% from the all-time high, putting the bear market bottom near $32,000. This level isn’t random. It’s a previous major breakout zone that has never been properly retested. Markets tend to revisit unfinished levels, especially when large liquidity sits below. A move into this area would sweep so much liquidity, most people simply aren’t prepared for it but the market makers are…

🚨 $BTC Liquidation ALERT: After holding that critical 64k battleground we identified in the previous update, Bitcoin has bounced back to around 66k, but now faces the overhead resistance levels that have been building throughout this decline. The liquidation heatmap structure remains largely intact, with short liquidation zones still concentrated around 74k to 76k, 80k, and extending toward 94k. Below the current price, we tested that 64k liquidation cluster during the dip, but notably the 62k to 60k long liquidation zones remain untouched, sitting as potential targets if selling pressure resurfaces and pushes through the 64k support again. The DOM on the right hand side reveals why this bounce is meeting resistance and could be short-lived. The 67k level that we noted as a major barrier in the last update has actually grown even heavier, now showing a massive 268M+ in asks compared to the 126M we saw before. This represents significant selling pressure that any recovery attempt needs to absorb. On the support side, we have around 126M at 65k and 89M at 66k providing some cushion at current levels. The setup suggests that while the bounce from 64k shows buying interest at those lower levels, the path higher faces an increasingly formidable wall at 67k, and breaking through that would be necessary before price can challenge the heavier resistance zones in the 70k plus range.
