Received my first badge from @github—thank you for recognizing my efforts! As a non-programmer, I’ve built many apps, websites, and Agents over the past two years, learning and growing so much along the way! I love this Starstruck... https://t.co/a495nMtl1b

Currently available "Going Global" content is either industry media essays, paid consulting, or individual anecdotal advice—there is almost no free, open-source handbook that is “step-by-step verifiable, covers all personal scenarios, and thoroughly explains legal, tax, identity, and risk issues.” The guides “High-Value Life Guide” and “High-Value Investment Guide” have successfully implemented the “evidence-based + high-value” methodology. The “High-Value Going Global Guide” is the thematic companion volume applying the same methodology: it fills critical gaps left by generic guides—addressing real-world pitfalls individuals face when going global, such as corporate overseas expansion, cross-border bankruptcy, extraterritorial legal applicability, partnership governance, overseas medical claims, and international divorce. This is also one of my fastest-growing GitHub projects, now with 13 stars—welcome your feedback and critiques! #AI #github https://t.co/MlCiLeHPml

DeepSeek has open-sourced its inference framework, DeepInfer—the production-grade system responsible for orchestrating compute clusters and enabling models to efficiently handle workloads. The model (V4.1-Flash) was already open-sourced; this release unveils the “engine” that runs it. This is the first time any top-tier global large model company has done so—previously, such technologies were closely guarded trade secrets. This indicates: 1. Competition has shifted from “model performance” to “cost efficiency.” Model capability gaps are narrowing; the winner will be the one who can deliver the same service using fewer GPUs and lower electricity costs. DeepSeek has publicly disclosed how much revenue each GPU generates per hour—essentially showcasing: “My unit cost is lower than yours.” 2. Open-sourcing has become a strategic weapon. Timing-wise, on October 19, the U.S. removed DeepSeek from federal procurement channels; on October 20, DeepSeek open-sourced its core engine. Open-sourcing = binding a global developer ecosystem = rendering U.S. bans ineffective. The pressure on closed-source competitors—especially OpenAI—is real: cloud providers deploying with DeepInfer may achieve even lower costs than using the official native solution. 3. The value of the “middle layer” has been openly priced. Previously, everyone focused only on model benchmarks; now it’s clear: the same model can differ by several times in cost depending on the quality of the inference framework. This demystifies technology for domestic inference infrastructure players (vLLM, SGLang ecosystem, Ascend compatibility). 4. Practical benefits for ordinary developers: lower deployment costs for cloud providers → potential for further API price reductions; lower barriers to local deployment → cheaper private deployments. Compatibility with both NVIDIA and Huawei Ascend platforms is especially critical for domestic teams pursuing private deployments. 5. A sobering note: The most critical components—KV cache management and load balancing—are not fully open-sourced, as they are too tightly coupled with internal infrastructure; only design documents have been published. Thus, it’s “semi-transparent”—you learn the concepts, but don’t get full capabilities. Additionally, the open-source version currently supports only offline inference. By publicly releasing a production-grade inference system that competitors treat as confidential, DeepSeek is countering compute restrictions with an open ecosystem. In the short term, this benefits everyone who can afford AI; in the long term, it puts pressure on closed-source vendors. #AI

1. Currently, the input and output states of quantum systems are not sufficient to meet the conditions required for cracking. 2. The cryptographic signature system can be upgraded to overcome the threat of cracking. 3. Before quantum computers can break current encryption mechanisms, Bitcoin has sufficient time to complete its upgrade. Also, Brother Sun is from the Department of History at Peking University, not a mathematician or researcher, so his statements may not be accurate.

In light of the current midterm elections, significant efforts have been made to stabilize oil prices. Musk has invested an unprecedented $360 million, and has also coordinated with President Putin on diesel supplies—but Iran is being equally shrewd. By attacking merchant vessels in the Middle East and intensifying retaliation alongside Houthi forces, Iran has seen 18 ships targeted in the region over the past two weeks, with Saudi Aramco’s headquarters also struck. Industry analysts believe Iran is deliberately disrupting maritime security and driving up oil prices to pressure the White House ahead of the U.S. midterm elections. While losing control of the House is highly likely, there is still a chance to retain the Senate. At age 80, Trump is still campaigning vigorously across the country.

As the midterm elections enter their final stretch, an unexpectedly high inflation report has become a major blow to Trump and the Republican Party. U.S. prices surged again in September, with energy costs skyrocketing: gasoline rose 9.1% in a single month, up over 34% year-over-year, while heating oil jumped 74% annually. Living expenses, which have remained elevated since the pandemic, have worsened under the added pressure of tariffs and the Iran conflict, fueling growing voter frustration. Rents, which had been cooling, unexpectedly rebounded as businesses passed on rising costs and service prices rose in tandem. Although the overall U.S. economy remains relatively stable, high inflation has pushed up Treasury yields, and the Fed’s sustained high interest rates are making it increasingly difficult for ordinary Americans to afford mortgages. The White House moved urgently to stabilize oil prices: U.S. military forces deployed to escort tankers through the Strait of Hormuz, and Trump even eased certain sanctions on Russia to secure diesel supplies. Yet the situation took a sharp turn for the worse as Iran and Houthi forces intensified their counterattacks, with 18 vessels targeted in the Middle East over two weeks and Saudi Aramco’s headquarters also struck. Analysts believe Iran is deliberately disrupting maritime security and driving up oil prices to pressure the White House ahead of the U.S. midterm elections.

When I asked AI to create an engineering disassembly platform, it could disassemble a Porsche 911 or an F-35 fighter jet into exploded views in under a minute— and demonstrate the process with 3D rotation. Although I know this is straightforward for AI, I was still deeply impressed. Previously, this kind of work would take R&D engineers two weeks to two months to complete. This shows that many product designs may no longer require going through the entire traditional process, saving significant time and resources.

The most influential businessman or scientist in human history to date? He leads SpaceX, Tesla, XAI, PayPal—core tech companies that even determine the outcomes of presidential and midterm elections and shape humanity’s future. Musk is truly extraordinary! #Musk #MidtermElections https://t.co/nLwqM4Fqfq

Previously, it would take RD engineers one to two weeks—under intense pressure and great effort—to create an exploded view, especially around new product launches! Now, I have AI do it myself and directly disassembled SpaceX—its functional modules are crystal clear, and the specifications are thorough. By the way, does anyone want to sponsor me to build a rocket? https://t.co/6JupOrPnb6

Lately, I came across an incredible book: *The High-Value Life Guide*. The core idea of this book is: achieving the longest possible lifespan and time with the least amount of money and energy. 1. Don’t die young. 2. Don’t slowly die. 3. Don’t waste your energy. 4. Don’t waste your time. 5. Don’t waste your money. 6. Negative checklist. 7. How to live with no money. 8. Legal and asset security. 9. Legal red lines. It covers everything: Is marriage worth it? Should you start a business? Emergency first aid? Cybersecurity? Renting or buying a home? Long-term chronic disease management… It’s astonishingly comprehensive—many recommendations aren’t made up by the author but are backed by peer-reviewed studies and verified data. But here’s the question: Can life really be solved by just one book? Would such a life even be meaningful? Still, from another perspective, it serves as an encyclopedia of risk management—useful as a reference and safety net. #Life #Investing #Risk
