i’d love to trade $NVDA during this festive season, AI is literally everywhere rn, and nvidia is one of the biggest names behind the scenes, kinda exciting to see how all this AI hype translates into actual market moves, definitely one i’d love to keep an eye on #TradeTheMoment #WallStreetFestival

ok so CPI just dropped & honestly, core came in hotter than expected. let me walk u through what i am seeing. first, the numbers. core CPI m/m came in at 0.3% against 0.2% expected, core CPI y/y was 2.6% against 2.5% expected. headline CPI m/m was 0.6%, exactly as expected, while headline CPI y/y was 3.7% against 3.6% expected. the headline number was already priced in, bcz gas averaged $4.33 a gallon in September. but the bigger concern here is core inflation. it came in above expectations, which tells us inflation is still proving difficult to bring down. that's the part i'm paying more attention to. now, let's look at how BTC reacted. BTC was sitting around 83.4K when the numbers dropped. almost immediately, it wicked down to 82.7K on the biggest volume candle of the day. the chart i attached was taken at 6:02 PM IST, right after the release. as i am writing this, it is around 82.8K & honestly has not bounced yet. it is just sitting on that low like it is deciding what to do. why does this matter for the Fed & the dollar? the Fed already hiked in September to 3.75 to 4.00%, & most officials still expect one more hike before the year ends. after the weak jobs report, october hike odds had dropped to around 22%, so markets were starting to feel a little more relaxed. but a hotter inflation print could bring the possibility of another hike back into focus, especially heading into December. here's how that can play out, hotter inflation can push markets to price in a tighter Fed policy. that can send yields higher, strengthen the dollar & put pressure on BTC. so if u see the dollar index pushing up while BTC dips, that is the same trade showing up in two places. we have actually seen this before. in June, CPI came in cooler & BTC pumped from 62K to 64.9K within minutes. then, in August, core CPI came in at 0.3% against 0.2% expected, the exact same miss as today. BTC dumped to 76K before fully recovering within half an hour. so the first move can be a trap. that is why i am not trusting the first wick. levels i am watching on the @CoinDCX BTC/USDT chart. resistance: 83,000 first, then 83,500 to 84,000, then 84,350, then 86,500 to 86,725. support: 82,730 which is today’s low & is being tested right now, then 81,000 to 81,500, then 80,100 to 80,400. BTC has been stuck between 80K & 87K for weeks, so this is an important zone to watch. the next move could tell us a lot about where price wants to go from here. here's how i'm looking at both scenarios. bear case: if a 1H candle closes below 82,730, i'll be watching the 81K to 81.5K zone next. if that support breaks too, the next area on my chart is 80.1K to 80.4K. bull case: if 82,730 holds & buyers start stepping in, BTC needs to reclaim 83K first. after that, i want to see a 1H candle close above the 83.5K to 84K zone. if that happens, 84,350 & then 86.5K become the next levels to watch. the rule i am following is simple. do not chase the wick. wait for the candle to close, bcz CPI wicks love humbling people. my honest take is that a hot core number with December hike risk makes bounces more likely to fade than run, unless BTC can reclaim 84K. until that happens i am staying cautious & letting the chart prove me wrong. this is not financial advice, just how i am reading the chart. please manage your risk and do not get liquidated over a CPI wick. what's your read on this move, bull or bear? tell me below. #LearnKaroCryptoKaro

everyone spends so much time figuring out when to enter a trade but nobody talks enough about when to exit & that’s where a lot of option profits get lost. open the @CoinDCX app & pull up the options chain. let’s say BTC is at $82,700, struggling to break past $84K resistance. you’re bullish, so u buy an $83.5K call with 7 days left, paying $1,800. your plan is simple: BTC breaks above $84K & moves towards $86K. & it actually happens. BTC crosses 84K→your call is worth ~2,100 BTC hits 86K→your call is worth ~3,200, almost 1.8x your entry now here’s the part nobody warns u about. u start thinking, what if it goes to $90K? why sell now? so u hold, hoping for morel. but BTC stops moving, tiny candles, low volume, just two days of going nowhere. with only 3 days left, time decay starts eating into your premium then BTC slips back to $84.5K, & your call is worth around $1,450. u got the direction right, hit your target, & still ended up losing money bcz u didn't know when to get out. let’s look at how the same trade could play out with three different exits: > sold everything at 86K:+1,400 (W) > held with 3 days left & waited: -$350 (cooked) > sold half at $86K, rest at 84.5K:+525 (decent) same thesis, same correct call, very different results fr. (numbers are illustrative.) so when do u actually book profit? → when your target is hit, that was the plan, & the plan is done. → when momentum starts fading, smaller candles, failed breakouts, long wicks. if the move is losing steam, don't ignore it just bcz u want more. → when your setup stops making sense, if your exit rule was a close below $84K & BTC closes back below it, stick to your plan. don't keep holding just bcz you're hoping for a recovery. sure, u can hold for a bigger move but make sure momentum is still there, u have a reason to expect more upside, & your option still has enough time left. u could also book some profits & let the rest run with a clear exit plan. bcz the goal isn't to sell at the exact top every single time. it's to know why you're in a trade, what you're aiming for, & when it's time to walk away. now it’s your turn 👇 open an options setup on @CoinDCX & decide your profit-booking level before entering. what would make u exit, & why? drop your take below. not financial advice, options are risky. #LearnKaroCryptoKaro

i’d keep my ₹1L pretty simple, ₹40k BTC, ₹25k ETH, ₹15k in other projects, ₹10k in riskier bets, and ₹10k on the side for opportunities. as for rohit, i’ve followed his journey for years, so meeting him in person would genuinely be such a cool experience

here's something that took me a while to properly understand about options ngl 👇 so a call option is basically u paying a small premium for the right to buy an asset at a fixed price (the strike) before it expires. if the price goes above your strike by more than what u paid, you're in profit. if it doesn't, u just lose the premium, thats it. but here's the part that messed with my head for a while, two calls on the same asset, same expiry, can be completely different trades depending on the strike u pick. like not slightly different, actually different risk, different odds, different payout, everything ok lemme make it real with btc options on @CoinDCX. say btc is at $78,000 rn & ur looking at two calls, both expiring in 30 days. one at $78,000 strike (basically atm), other at $90,000 strike (way otm, needs btc to pump over 15% just to get there) quick heads up before numbers, these are rounded illustrative numbers to explain the idea, not a live pull off @CoinDCX. premiums & implied volatility move every second on the actual chain so pls check that before actually trading the $78k call costs around $1,550 the $90k call costs around $310, like 1/5th the price that gap isn’t random tho, the atm one has a much easier path to finishing itm, so obviously it costs more. the far otm one is cheaper bcz it needs a way bigger move to actually work. cheap premium doesn’t automatically mean better deal, it can just mean lower odds. now look at breakeven. for a call, breakeven = strike + premium. so for the $78k call thats $79,550, meaning btc only needs to move ~2% for u to be in profit, for the $90k one its $90,310, meaning btc needs to run almost 16% in a month, thats a MUCH bigger ask CoinDCX's option chain also shows delta next to every strike which is basically the market's implied probability of that call finishing itm. atm call sits around 0.50 delta so roughly 50% shot, the far otm one sits around 0.12 so more like 12%. so the "cheaper" option is literally priced as being 4x less likely to work. this is the trap fr, people just grab the small premium & dont clock that its small for a reason now the actual payouts lol. if btc stays flat both just lose 100% of premium, different $ amounts tho. if btc goes to $85,000 (+9%), the $78k call nets like $5,450 on a $1,550 stake, thats 350%+ return, meanwhile the $90k call just expires worthless cause it never even reached its strike. but if btc actually sends it to $95,000 (+22%), the $90k call wins on % return, like $4,690 profit on a $310 stake which is over 1,500%, vs the $78k call's still solid ~1,000%. so the otm call isnt trash, its just a bet that needs a much bigger specific move to hit, & most of the time it just doesnt this is where ur actual thesis matters. if u think btc grinds up to like $83k-$88k this month but ur not expecting some crazy blowout past $90k, the atm call is the one that fits, ur expected range sits comfortably above its breakeven. the otm call would just expire worthless under that same view cause ur own price target doesnt even reach its breakeven but if ur actual conviction is "btc could genuinely spike past $95k this month & i want max leverage on that", the otm call becomes the smarter pick, less capital at risk, way bigger multiple if that specific move happens same bullish view, two completely different "right" answers depending on how big & how fast u think the move actually is & this is exactly what the @CoinDCX option chain lets u check before u even commit to a strike, the strike ladder, live premium, delta/iv, breakeven, all sitting right there for every expiry. ur not just eyeballing whichever premium looks cheapest, u can actually line up probability against payout before clicking buy so yeah, having a bullish view doesnt mean every call on that asset is equally suitable for u. the right strike depends on how much of a move ur actually expecting, how much premium ur cool risking, & whether u want the steadier higher probability shape or the cheaper higher leverage one pull up the chain, compare a couple strikes side by side, & trade the one that actually matches what u think is gonna happen, not just the one with the smallest number next to it. #LearnKaroCryptoKaro

this is interesting tbh, taking crypto beyond the usual crypto crowd and putting it in front of a much wider audience feels like a pretty big step

everyone's out here obsessing over direction like BTC’s gonna moon or ETH’s about to dump & yeah cool but direction alone doesn't save your trade, the strike u choose matters way more than people think. quick lil refresher bcz some of y'all skip this part: the strike price is basically the level you’re expecting the crypto to move past, so when u buy a call, you’re betting it goes above that level. the premium is simply what u pay for that option, & it plays a big role in how the rest of the trade works out. lemme break this down with some numbers real quick (these are just example numbers, not live quotes, always pull up the real chain on CoinDCX before u ape in) so BTC's chilling around ₹75,00,000 & you're bullish af, on @CoinDCX Options you've got two strikes for the same expiry sitting right next to each other strike A: ₹75,00,000 (ATM) — premium ₹55,000 strike B: ₹77,00,000 (OTM) — premium ₹22,000 already u can see the difference, strike A costs more bcz it's closer to the money, less distance for it to actually work out, strike B is cheaper bcz BTC has to run further before it means anything, so the premium gap alone is already telling u how much risk you're signing up for now breakeven, this is the part that actually people usually forget: strike A breakeven = ₹75,55,000 strike B breakeven = ₹77,22,000 so for strike A, BTC literally just needs to move up to 75.55L for u to stop losing money, for strike B it needs to actually push past 77.22L, two very different asks from the same market which brings up the real question that how much does BTC actually need to move for each one to pay off, strike A only needs about a 0.7% move to get to breakeven, strike B needs almost a 3% rally just to get to zero, so before u even talk profit, one of these trades is asking way more of the market than the other ok now say BTC actually sends it to ₹78,50,000 strike A profit: ₹2,95,000 strike B profit: ₹1,28,000 strike A is just built different here bcz it needed less of a move to start cooking & by the time BTC hits 78.5L it's already way ahead, strike B barely cleared breakeven with some room, it's fine but it's not the same league, & that's the whole tension, strike B could have printed way more if BTC ran even harder, it's got more room for upside %, but it needed a bigger move to even get in the game, strike A has a shorter easier path to profit but less explosive upside once it's already in the money that's literally the strike gap, same coin same expiry same exact market view & the outcome is completely different depending on which strike u clicked, one isn't "better" than the other on paper, it's about which one actually matches how far u think this thing is gonna move on CoinDCX Options, u can pull up the chain, compare nearby strikes, check the premiums & breakevens, & see what the numbers actually look like before taking the trade, takes like 5 mins & can genuinely change the trade you're taking. so yeah, being right on direction is only half the battle, the strike matters just as much, a good strike isn't the one with the highest potential return printed on it, it's the one that best matches your actual expected move go pull up two nearby strikes on @CoinDCX Options rn, run the numbers, & see for yourself which one actually offers the better profit opportunity for your market view & more importantly, why #LearnKaroCryptoKaro

why does a BTC $80K call cost $200… & a $85K call on the same expiry only cost $60? same coin, same expiry date, yet the prices are so different, so what's actually causing that difference? if you've ever looked at an options chain & thought, "why do these prices look completely random?" trust me, it’s not as complicated as it looks, but those numbers definitely aren’t random. premium is literally the market doing probability math in real time & once u see it u genuinely cannot unsee it, it's kind of a whole personality shift. it comes down to three things: time left, distance from strike, & expected volatility. next post, i'm breaking down what each one actually means using options on @CoinDCX. #LearnKaroCryptoKaro
