OGs in Ethereum will tell you that they like car manufacturers that knowingly designed a seatbelt that stops working unless you renew your seatbelt subscription because of "GaME tHEroY". My goodness. Did everyone lose their mind?

What happened to @Stelecoin? The guys that essentially copied https://t.co/2UVGtz6dNh website, slapped a token on https://t.co/YODdz03sxl to it and called it Powered by Solana 😂 All while saying "Naming Layer on Ethereum" on their website and linking to the XNS GitHub and https://t.co/5eXEK5idIv app. They would be better off working together with me rather than trying to run their own show. 🤷‍♂️

Art projects like this can now live on the blockchain forever thanks to @d3domains. If you are into generative art, you now have a new way to host your unique pieces onchain.

How about we stop developing financial applications on the blockchain and just use it as permanent data storage? Basically what I did with @d3domains. I am really tired of these hacks. Every hack throws us back 10 years.

🚨 Anyone using @MetaMask should be aware of a potentially dangerous feature that was introduced 9 years ago. MetaMask lets users send funds to ENS names. Sounds convenient, right? Except ENS names expire and can be registered by someone else. MetaMask provides no warning when ownership changes. At a minimum, this feature should come with proper security warnings. But hey, what could possibly go wrong? 🤡

ENS didn’t fix any of the risks that users are exposed to (dropcatching, homoglyph attacks, normalization), slapped a v2 on it and called it progress. And only for $20 million. My goodness.

It’s hard to hear the truth about ENS for some people. Keep blocking me. Users that search for ENS in X Search will still continue seeing the truth. https://t.co/QySV26u1pJ

9 of the top 10 ENS registrations last week were expired names. Expiring payment identifiers pose a risk for users. Someone forgets to renew, someone else grabs the name, and the next payment sent to it goes to the new owner (aka dropcatching). Happened to one of my friends. $3,000 gone. That's why I built @xnsname.
