Curve Finance Goes Live on Stellar in First Non-EVM Deployment Curve Finance has launched its StableSwap on Stellar mainnet, allowing users to create liquidity pools, swap assets and provide liquidity without permission. The move expands Curve beyond EVM networks, with founder Michael Egorov citing institutional demand. Stellar’s ecosystem also includes stablecoins and tokenized assets that could benefit from deeper liquidity. Curve plans to bring its FXSwap product to Stellar once its audit is complete, enabling trading between assets with different price movements, including FX and real-world asset pairs.

The team says the bug does not affect native INIT tokens, while the full extent of the losses remains unconfirmed.

Google Cuts Quantum Computing Errors 40-Fold Google Quantum AI has demonstrated “magic state cultivation” on its Willow processor, achieving a 40-fold reduction in errors and 99.99% logical fidelity for T-states. The technique could help solve a major bottleneck in building fault-tolerant quantum computers. If scaled successfully, such machines could eventually threaten Bitcoin’s digital signatures. The breakthrough doesn’t necessarily bring Q-day closer, but it strengthens the case for preparing crypto for a post-quantum future. Larger-scale demonstrations are still needed.
