Arcane dev update: Making solid progress with our AI model training for Blender. Testing procedural mesh generation, topology consistency, UV unwrapping, PBR material assignment and geometry optimisation across different asset classes. Early outputs are looking promising, particularly with modular assets and vegetation. Next focus is improving geometric accuracy, material consistency and generation reliability. Details: Blender 4.5.3 LTS, procedural geometry, UV validation, PBR workflows and GLB/FBX export testing. With 7/7 procedural asset unit tests passing. Testing across props, architecture and vegetation. GitHub: https://t.co/DHEDumrZmZ

The deeper I get into infrastructure, the more obvious it becomes: Liquidity isn’t scarce. It’s fragmented. Capital sits across pools, protocols and chains while markets constantly shift around it. The next generation of liquidity infrastructure won’t just provide liquidity. It’ll make liquidity adaptive. @archliquid

Imagine messaging someone out of nowhere to tell them they’re at the “lowest point” of their life and that they’re “done”. I ask how I’m done. Immediately blocks me. Couldn’t even make it to the explanation 😂

@playsolgarden $SOLG sitting around an $18K market cap while we’re building what I genuinely believe can become one of the strongest GameFi experiences on Solana is pretty crazy to me. When you compare SOLG to a lot of GameFi projects at significantly higher valuations, I think the difference is becoming harder to ignore. We’re not building a token and trying to bolt a game onto it afterwards. We’re building the game first, expanding the experience, giving the economy real utility and continuing to ship. And a huge part of why I’m so confident in where this can go is the team behind it. My co-founder and lead dev @omnirun is the technical force behind a lot of what we’re building. Filip is a full stack developer with experience across AI, smart contracts, payments and high trust systems. He won the MIDL VibeHack BTC 2026 with Tekton, placed 3rd in the Sui Liquid Staking Hackathon, rebuilt Solana Spaces’ checkout system less than 24 hours before launch, and has shipped products across multiple chains. Now we’re taking SolGarden through Colosseum Eternal and continuing to push the product further. That combination of an actual playable GameFi product, continuous development, strong technical execution and a team with a real track record is why I think $SOLG has the potential to become much, much bigger than where it is today. At $18K, I don’t think the market is remotely pricing in what we’re actually building yet. We’ll keep shipping.

Builders don’t just need support. They need the right support at the right stage. Grants and accelerators matter. They give builders runway, structure and access. But once you’re actually in the ecosystem building, sometimes what you need is much more practical. For example: > Access to the right people > Real users and useful feedback > Distribution to the right audience > Warm introductions to partners and investors > Technical support that removes friction > Capital at the right stage > People who open doors, not just give advice I think we spend a lot of time asking, “how do we support builders?” Maybe the better question is: “What’s blocking this builder right now, and who can help remove it?”

Been pretty quiet recently because I’ve been seriously ill and it’s completely wiped me out. Probably the worst I’ve felt in a long time and I’ve barely had the energy to do anything. Slowly starting to feel more human again though, so hopefully I’ll be back properly soon.

Partnerships should be measured by what happens after the announcement. Did it bring users? Did people actually use the product? Did something get integrated? Did usage continue after the campaign ended? At @archliquid, we’re not interested in collecting logos. We want relationships that result in people actually launching, locking, staking, lending and building. Attention is temporary. Usage compounds.

Great job to @SebastianWols17 and @ibamaulanaX on the first Agentic Talks AMA. Really solid discussion and a strong way to kick off the series. Looking forward to the next one 👏

If a chart does nothing but bleed, basic updates take months, everything important is always “coming soon,” campaigns generate attention but seemingly little sustainable revenue, and new integrations constantly replace the last promised catalyst… At some point, you have to question what the community is actually funding. Shipping eventually doesn’t automatically mean success. Users, revenue and demand matter. Sometimes you’re early. Sometimes you’re the farm.

Great evening at the FrontierTech Birmingham Summer Social earlier this week. Really good to meet more founders, builders and people pushing Birmingham’s tech ecosystem forward. Always valuable getting out from behind the screen and having proper conversations around what people are building, where things are heading and how we can collaborate. Big thanks to The Sweat Equity Club, @SuperteamUK Birmingham and FrontierTechX for putting it together. Looking forward to the next one 🤝
