🚨 MSCI to drop MicroStrategy ($MSTR) from global indexes starting Nov 30, labeling it a “non-operating” company over its Bitcoin treasury strategy. JPMorgan sees ~$2.8B in forced selling. Metaplanet also on the list. Final decision Nov 11.

Good morning beautiful people ☀️ For with God nothing shall be impossible. — Luke 1:37 🙏 Markets dip. Plans shift. Waiting gets long. But if God said it, it will stand. Stay patient. Stay faithful. He’s still working. ✨ #XRP #FaithOverFear

Ripple × Privy (Stripe) just unlocked embedded wallets on the XRP Ledger. Users no longer need to manage keys. Developers get native XRP + RLUSD payments, and AI agents can now hold funds and transact autonomously (including via x402). XRPL has already done 13M agent payments — ~25% of network activity. This partnership supercharges that. #XRP #XRPL #AgenticCommerce

Major institutional milestone: Standard Chartered has gone live with custody for Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin on the XRP Ledger. Eligible clients can now hold RLUSD through the bank’s DFSA-regulated DIFC branch in Dubai — a meaningful step for regulated stablecoin infrastructure. The bank is also working with Ripple and LMAX Group on a collateral-mirroring model so institutions can use RLUSD for trading without moving the tokens out of bank custody (that piece is still pending final approvals and testing). RLUSD has grown to roughly $2.5B in market cap, with strong issuance on XRPL. This custody launch adds a global systemically important bank into the stack. #RLUSD #XRPL #XRP #StandardChartered #Stablecoins

Hong Kong is operating as Beijing’s controlled crypto sandbox, and the XRP Ledger is already wired into it. OSL, an SFC-licensed exchange, opened XRP to retail investors in July 2026 after an earlier professional-only listing; deposits and withdrawals settle on the XRP Ledger. Linklogis, a Hong Kong-listed Chinese supply-chain fintech, is using XRPL for trade-finance tokenization. Of 36 stablecoin-issuer applications under Hong Kong’s new regime, only two have been licensed so far. Mainland crypto trading remains banned since 2021. Any broader reopening is still a forecast, not policy. The rails, however, are already inside the test lab. #XRP #XRPL #HongKong #Stablecoins

🚨 US Treasury auctions $153B today: $95B in 6-week bills and $58B in 3-year notes, with the 3-year yield already near 4.95%—about 50 bps above the last auction’s stop. Strong demand can cool yields and support stocks and crypto. Weak demand (watch the tail and bid-to-cover) pushes yields higher and pressures risk assets, with the 10-year and 30-year still to come this week. #Treasury #Yields #Bitcoin #Crypto

XRPL’s recent Mastercard Verifiable Intent integration adds cryptographic proofs of authorization and policy-based spending limits to x402 agent payments, screening them before settlement in XRP or RLUSD. This matches the broader shift toward machine-driven commerce, where agents need non-custodial, deterministic settlement that finalizes in seconds without custom smart-contract risk. Yellow’s cross-chain settlement layer targets exactly that gap for high-frequency agent transactions. #AIAgents #XRPL #AgenticCommerce

CFTC Chair Mike Selig just said “BIG” news is coming. He’s speaking today at Fordham’s Blockchain Regulatory Symposium. This is the same chair who’s been pushing market structure on existing authority — mass tokenization, 24/7 onchain markets, stablecoins, agentic finance. If this is the framework, not another working group, it moves the whole market. Watch the remarks.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent: the U.S. will keep the dollar the world’s dominant reserve currency—and use stablecoins to do it. Dollar-backed stablecoins hold cash and short-term Treasuries as reserves, so wider adoption increases demand for U.S. debt and extends dollar usage on private rails. RLUSD is Ripple’s regulated USD stablecoin on the XRP Ledger; XRP serves as the bridge asset for liquidity and settlement. Policy supports compliant dollar stablecoins, not any single token.
