Bitcoin is trying to recover, but the 4H structure has not turned bullish yet. BTC is trading around $78,350 after holding the $76,400 support area. Buyers have defended that level twice, including a brief move below it, which makes it the most important support on the chart right now. But the recovery is still below $79,500. That level was previously support and is now acting as local resistance. Until Bitcoin can reclaim it on a convincing 4H close, this remains a bounce within a broader sequence of lower highs and lower lows. The levels I’m watching: $76,400 is major support. Losing it would put the recent low back in focus and open the door to another move lower. $79,500 is the first level bulls need to reclaim to show the immediate selling pressure is easing. Above there, $83,500 is the major resistance, followed by $87,000. For now, the key question is whether BTC can turn $79,500 back into support. Until then, I would be cautious about calling this a confirmed recovery.
