It suggests a process of human transformation, much like digital transformation, unfolding over roughly six months as people reacted to enough news, world events, information, and everyday experiences to change their expectations, behavior, and eventually what they wanted. And because I have done this repeatedly over many years, predicting both the technical formations and the events that followed, it means technical analysis can precede observable geopolitical, economic, business, and social events, potentially by six months on average, provided the human or machine interpreting those formations has sufficient institutional understanding, grounded intuition, and forecasting ability.
