Ripple Prime already takes #XRP as collateral alongside Treasuries, like #Gold #RLUSD, or upcoming RLEUR, RLJPY or RLGBP. Each of them is a liability. #XRP is the only Asset in that lineup. A claim on cash sitting in a reserve. Built not to move. Stablecoins are the cash, and XRP is the collateral leg. Not the same thing. Never were.
