While browsing Kaito Studio, I noticed that @primus_labs has launched Epoch 3, expected to go live on 11/22. Coupled with recent official communications, in November the team posted: “Trees drop their leaves in November. They keep their roots.” This easily led airdrop participants to associate it with the November milestone, and when combined with the $PRIM reward pool and the Epoch 3 time window, expectations for a token launch by year-end naturally rose. However, I personally don’t equate these signals directly with a TGE announcement. My interpretation is that Primus is currently using Kaito to sustainably build community attention and lay the groundwork for future token and ecosystem development. As for 11/22, if Epoch 3 does launch, I’m more inclined to view it as a new wave of community incentives and narrative continuation—not as a direct signal of the token launch date. More importantly than guessing the TGE, I’m focused on Primus’s actual product progress. On 10/30 and 11/2, the team sequentially released selective disclosure details: Not all data needs to be public, nor all information hidden—rather, they aim to protect privacy while enabling verifiable transparency where necessary. Add to this the Confidential Vault already live and interactive on BNB Chain, and Primus’s product roadmap is becoming increasingly clear. Ecosystem initiatives like the Token2049 Alphaland collaboration and the Seoul panel further indicate the project isn’t merely marketing around Kaito. What I truly care about is whether Primus can turn privacy protection from a technical concept into real-world demand—whether the Confidential Vault can attract genuine funds and users, and whether this selective disclosure model can evolve into a sustainable ecosystem advantage. In my view, the true value of the privacy赛道 lies not in telling the market how secure we are, but in convincing users and institutions to entrust real data, real assets, and real business operations into the system. When the leaves will fall—the official timeline will eventually be revealed. But whether the roots can truly embed themselves into real business use cases is what I believe matters most in observing Primus’s progress right now.
