Oracle’s $10B bond offering puts its FY2030 funding cap in focus as AI infrastructure spending scales. The six-tranche U.S.-dollar deal follows a stated $20B additional-capital limit through FY2030: $10B debt and $10B equity. Investors will assess whether the offering uses the full debt allocation; the mixed shelf does not itself signal an immediate equity sale. Shares fell 1.1% premarket. Fitch assigned the bonds BBB with a Stable Outlook; Stephens upgraded Oracle to Overweight from Equal Weight and raised its target to $213 from $185. Watch funding discipline, capex and the free-cash-flow trajectory. #Oracle #AIInfrastructure #CloudComputing #CorporateBonds $ORCL
