We had transmission systems like SWIFT and ACH, and the accounting of how money moves sat at the banking layer. Now those two layers collapse. Stablecoin is infrastructure The technical challenge is integrating it into our existing financial system so the two rails can coexist. There's a massive velocity mismatch and modality mismatch between them. We've accepted blockchain as a transaction system and stablecoins as an instrument for settlement. Now it's figuring out how we scale it, which is always a good problem to have #HSCSingapore
