It was a natural place to start. But how many private institutional chains do you know that are still successful? Most consortium chains, most private chains, failed If you need privacy, having it on public infrastructure, where the privacy itself can be verified, is probably a better guarantee in the long run. And you can add compliance and control at the asset level, with KYC controls on top of public infrastructure. It takes time, but I think that's the direction of travel #HSCSingapore
