🔥 Aero conducted its second AERO token buyback and burn last week, removing 233,000 AERO from circulation. The AeroFoundation explained that the Momentum Fund determines its buyback volume based on market conditions rather than a fixed schedule. This strategy has been applied before. Aero’s earlier initiative, the Public Goods Fund, repurchased a total of 8.7 million AERO over 13 periods. During times of high market volatility, weekly buybacks amounted to up to 27.5% of the token supply for that week. The Momentum Fund holds more sAERO than any other participant in the ecosystem. Instead of selling its assets, the fund actively trades them on the market to generate transaction revenue. This revenue can then be used for further token buybacks and burns or to support participants contributing to the ecosystem. #Aero $AERO $sAERO #Crypto
