In my bots, I implemented a rule: each has only one function, they communicate with each other through a defined hierarchy, and I only receive what requires my input—all through a single channel. Each agent must know what it must do, what it can do, and what it must not do. The first part defines the minimum it must accomplish to be useful and fulfill its function. The second part outlines how to go beyond and become even more valuable and distinctive. The third part clarifies how to avoid mistakes or encroach on another agent’s scope.
