Bitcoin DCA #200. 200 Sundays. Almost four years. 🧡 Today feels a little special. On January 8, 2023, I started a simple public experiment: buy $25 worth of Bitcoin every Sunday. No trying to catch the bottom. No waiting for the perfect entry. Just one small purchase, week after week, whatever the market was doing. And today, November 1, 2026, I made purchase #200! Here's where those 200 little steps have taken me: • Bitcoin accumulated: ~0.0952 BTC 👀 That's 9.52 million satoshis! • Total invested: $5,000 ($25*200) • Current value: ~$7,394 • Unrealized profit: +$2,395 (+47.9%) And we're getting closer to 10,000,000 sats. 🏄‍♂️ But what I love most about this experiment isn't even the profit. It's the journey. Look at the chart. It started with just $25. Over time, it climbed, pulled back, recovered, reached almost $9,600 at one point, and pulled back again. Markets changed. Narratives changed. Fear and excitement came and went. But every Sunday, another $25 went into Bitcoin. And somewhere along the way, something even more interesting happened. My DeFi cash flow started funding these weekly Bitcoin purchases. Through 🟩 Defitea Yield Fund, part of @theholding_, I manage productive onchain positions across different protocols. Trading fees, voting incentives, lending revenue and other rewards generated by those strategies are gradually converted into Bitcoin. Think about how beautiful that is. One part of my capital is working inside DeFi, participating in financial markets and generating income. Another part is quietly building a long-term Bitcoin reserve. Two very different approaches, supporting each other. Of course, none of these income streams are guaranteed. Markets change, yields fluctuate and DeFi carries its own risks. But that's exactly what makes building and studying these systems so fascinating to me. I started with a tiny weekly habit. And almost four years later, it has become part of a much bigger experiment in how productive capital can support long-term accumulation. 200 Sundays. 200 purchases. Nearly 10 million sats. No magic. No perfect timing. Just curiosity, consistency and a lot of patience. And the best part? Next Sunday, the experiment continues exactly as it always has. Another $25. Another little piece of Bitcoin.
