📉 DOGECOIN FALLS OVER 20% IN OCTOBER, UPTOBER FAILS FOR THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR Dogecoin (DOGE) continued to disappoint in October, as the largest meme coin on the market posted a decline of approximately 20.1%, despite expectations of a seasonal price surge known as “Uptober.” According to CryptoRank data cited at https://t.co/QwiKVrVFZM, DOGE fell about 20% in October 2025 and further dropped 20.1% in October 2026. This marks the second consecutive year the cryptocurrency ended October with negative returns. Notably, the decline ended DOGE’s two-month consecutive winning streak in August and September. Previously, Dogecoin had risen 31.2% in Q3 2026, closing the quarter at $0.09447. However, selling pressure in October drove the price down to approximately $0.07197, erasing a significant portion of the prior quarter’s gains. The weakness in October also signaled an unfavorable start to Q4, while the likelihood of a DOGE recovery in the final two months of the year remains uncertain.
