Russia, which proposed banning cryptocurrencies in 2022, will open Bitcoin to all investors starting December 1. According to Izvestia, the Moscow Exchange plans to begin trading Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT from December 1, from 7:00 AM to midnight Moscow time. While the Central Bank of Russia had advocated for a ban, a law legalizing regulated cryptocurrency trading officially took effect on September 1. Retail investors must pass a qualifying test and are subject to an annual trading limit of 300,000 rubles per broker. Under the new rules, qualified investors can trade any cryptocurrency without restrictions. #cryptocurrency #crypto #BTC #Bitcoin #virtualcurrency #cryptoassets #cryptocurrency
