zoom out look at bitcoin:native during 2026 on the weekly chart: 3 distinct areas where we traded at: range A (jan-feb): 88k-98k range B (apr-may + sept-oct): 75k-87k range C (feb-mar + jun-aug): 59k-71k between range B and C there a gap 71k-75k where price moved fairly quickly and little volume was traded the volume distribution is heavily skewed toward range C, while range B is also skewed to the lower side -> the bell curves arent symmetrical, and most coins changed hands at the bottom, 2026 POC is at 64,000 deep in range C we had also 3 inefficient large directional moves: down: jan 20 - feb 10: 90k -> 60k (-33%) apr 25 - jun 08: 77k -> 59k (-25%) up: aug 17 - aug 24: 64k -> 80k (+25%) the most recent move went all the way up to range A and rejected off that volume area. it broke out above the 365d rvwap and ATH avwap, which in TA signal the transition from bear to bull market currently price is on a strong pullback testing this exact transition area. W1 rsi corrected all the way back to 50 and if trend is real, it should find support around here. the reaction here will be very important. if price rejects here, then the breakout will be treated as a deviation and the gap 71k-75k should be closed quickly. below 2026 aVWAP traders will assume continuation of bear market price holding in range B and not leaving it outside a deviation to 2026 aVWAP is necessary to keep the weekly uptrend. i think its a good EV opportunity to bet on that. i think there are good reasons to be optimistic. all things considered (equities, war, hacks, macro), the BTC price is still quite strong weekly closes below 73k-70k should be watched for invalidation we go week by week. i think bottom around midterms or shortly after in november makes most sense and then continuation up. current panic is more likely a bottom to me than not. lets see what happens!
