Developer nicolashw submitted a draft Ethereum core proposal on Oct 30 that would let EOAs permanently opt out of EIP-7702 delegation — irreversible, unlike just clearing a current delegation. It blocks future code delegation but can't stop fund transfers if the private key leaks, doesn't revoke existing token approvals, and may affect delegation-based account recovery. Still an unmerged draft with no official EIP number; activation would require a network upgrade. #Ethereum #Web3 #EIP7702
