🔴 What a heavy week for the markets! 😳 Almost every asset came under pressure—gold and silver plunged sharply, Wall Street turned red, and even the crypto world got caught up in the Binance hack crisis! Let’s break down what happened 👇 Gold lost much of its luster. Gold dropped nearly 3.5% on Friday, falling to around $3,881 per ounce amid strong selling pressure driven by a stronger dollar and rising interest rate expectations. Silver took an even harder hit! It lost about 6.5% in a single session, dropping below the $50 per ounce level—the clearest sign yet of the intense pressure hitting precious metals. Wall Street wasn’t spared either! U.S. equities posted their worst trading day since June: ▪️ Nasdaq fell 2.9%. ▪️ S&P 500 dropped 1.8%. ▪️ Dow Jones declined 1.1%. Concerns intensified after fears grew over inflated valuations in AI companies and their massive spending—especially following the sharp sell-off in Intel’s stock. ₿ And what about Binance? A new crisis shakes the crypto world! Reports surfaced of a major security breach, with estimated affected assets at around $6.3 billion, prompting moves to freeze assets and cover losses. So who’s behind all this pressure? The Fed and inflation! The Fed held rates steady at 3.75%–4.00%, but its tone remained hawkish, reigniting fears that high interest rates will persist. Pressure mounted further after U.S. inflation and economic growth data signaled that the battle against inflation is far from over. In short, markets face a difficult equation: A strong economy, stubborn inflation, elevated interest rates, and concerns over tech valuation overhangs. The result? No asset is immune to volatility—even those traditionally seen as safe havens can suffer heavy losses. Is what we’ve seen just a temporary correction—or are markets preparing for an even tougher phase? #asmahencrypto
