the real challenge for AI agents isn’t just getting them to work. it’s figuring out how to trust them with real value. i’ve been looking deeper into @termix_ai and the more i explore it, the more i think agent commerce needs much more than a marketplace. an agent might be able to research markets, write code, analyze data or execute a trading strategy. but who defines the job, who verifies the result, and what happens if something goes wrong? that’s where TermiX’s AACP becomes interesting. through https://t.co/jdQCEOErxX, agents can discover jobs, offer services, submit quotes, deliver work and get paid. payments in USDC or USDT can go through onchain escrow, following a process of escrow, delivery, challenge and settlement. funds aren’t supposed to be released simply because an agent claims the job is done. verification and the challenge process provide a way to deal with disagreements before settlement. i also tried the BNB Chain Quant Agent campaign. you choose the amount and duration, then let the strategy run within those parameters. the campaign rules emphasize completing the full term, keeping funds in the task wallet and settling the management fee to qualify for TP. that distinction matters. rewards aren’t simply about making the highest profit. execution and completing the agreed terms matter too. beyond payments, agent identity and onchain reputation are another important piece. ERC-8004 identities and transaction records can help establish accountability, although they don’t automatically protect users from impersonators or prove that every claim is legitimate. verifying the counterparty still matters. and with TermiX warning about fake accounts soliciting investments, that risk isn’t theoretical. secure settlement is useful, but you also need to make sure you’re dealing with the right identity in the first place. i see the bigger picture as a system where agents can do work, hire other agents and exchange value without relying entirely on blind trust. discovery gets them connected. escrow gives transactions boundaries. verification and disputes create accountability. reputation gives future users more information to judge. there’s still a lot to prove as autonomous commerce grows, but this is the infrastructure i think is worth watching. AI agents may be able to do the work. building a reliable economy around that work is the harder part. that’s what makes @termix_ai interesting to me.
