$HYPE

The calm before the storm can be deceptive. Sometimes the market pulls back just enough to shake out impatient traders before the next direction becomes clear. HYPE is currently shown at 78.279, down 3.9 percent over 24 hours, and I am watching closely for signs that selling pressure is beginning to weaken.

The key question is whether buyers will defend the area around 76 to 78 or whether price will continue searching for lower liquidity. I want to see volume stabilize, selling candles lose momentum, and price establish a higher low before considering a bullish continuation. A strong recovery with increasing volume would be more meaningful than a sudden price spike without participation.

Hyperliquid's ecosystem and trading activity make liquidity conditions particularly important to monitor. I would watch changes in trading volume, open interest, funding rates, and large wallet transfers where reliable data is available. Rising open interest alone is not necessarily bullish; the direction of price and the quality of the buying pressure matter.

If HYPE establishes a base and reclaims nearby resistance, a move toward 81 and then 84 could become possible. If support fails decisively, the setup changes, and preserving capital becomes more important than chasing a rebound.

The next move belongs to the side that can sustain pressure. I am watching the chart, not making promises.
