🚨 THE FED COULD CHANGE HOW MONETARY POLICY WORKS. According to this report, the Fed is considering a major shift in its FOMC meeting structure. ▪️ 8 meetings per year would remain initially, but one would focus on long-term strategy rather than interest-rate decisions. ▪️ By 2028, the plan is to reduce policy-setting meetings to just 6 per year. What does this mean for crypto? 👇 Fewer scheduled rate decisions could mean fewer predefined policy checkpoints, but it does NOT mean fewer opportunities for market volatility. BTC, ETH and altcoins will still react to inflation data, employment numbers, liquidity conditions and unexpected Fed announcements. The real question is whether this changes how quickly the Fed responds when the economy or inflation takes an unexpected turn. Would fewer Fed rate decisions make crypto more volatile? 📊 #FOMC
