Microsoft ($MSFT) reported earnings per share of $4.89 and revenue of $92.28 billion for the first quarter, both exceeding expectations. Revenue increased by 18.8% year-over-year. The infrastructure and AI agents segments showed particularly strong growth, generating $76.8 billion in revenue with a 25% increase. In contrast, the devices and consumer products business declined by 3%. For me, these figures highlight how strongly Microsoft is benefiting from demand for cloud infrastructure and AI. The key question now is whether these investments will translate into sustainable long-term growth and higher profits. 🚀
