🚨🚨 $40 Trillion. And Counting. The Clock Is Running. As of September 3, the federal government owed more than $40.1 trillion. That was $2.67 trillion more than one year earlier — roughly $7.35 billion of new debt every single day. Divide it up, and every American household is on the hook for about $297,522. It gets worse. In August, the annual interest bill on that debt topped $1 trillion for the first time—more than $2.7 billion every day just to service money that’s already been spent. Interest is now one of the government’s largest line items, and it’s still rising. It gets worse. The Congressional Budget Office expects the government to overspend by $1.9 trillion this year and $3.1 trillion a year by 2036. By then, debt held by the public is projected to reach 120% of the entire economy — blowing past the post-World War II record. Net interest costs are set to more than double. When a government owes this much and keeps adding more, history is clear about the two real options: impose brutal real cuts that politicians won’t deliver, or quietly print money and let inflation shrink the real value of the debt. The second path is the path of least resistance. It always has been. Every dollar created to paper over these deficits dilutes the purchasing power of the dollars you already hold. Savings, wages, and fixed-income assets are the ones that get quietly eroded. The process is already underway — the debt is compounding, interest is snowballing, and the incentives point only one direction. Bitcoin is your financial life raft. It has a hard, immutable supply cap of 21 million. No central bank, no Congress, and no Treasury can print more of it to inflate away obligations. It is the one major asset whose issuance schedule cannot be altered by the same forces driving this debt spiral. The numbers are not abstract. Billions are being added daily. The interest burden has already crossed $1 trillion. The official projections show the trajectory continuing for the next decade. The window to move some savings into something that cannot be debased at will is open now—before the next acceleration of monetary expansion makes the trade more expensive in real terms. The debt is $40 trillion and counting. Accumulate Bitcoin like your financial life depends on it.
