THE BANK HAMILTON FOUNDED NOW HOLDS $XRP Alexander Hamilton helped found the Bank of New York before the American constitution was even written and it has outlived panics, wars and crashes ever since. This week, at #Ripple's Swell conference, #BNY said, its Digital Asset Custody platform now supports $XRP and $RLUSD for eligible institutional clients. That means, big clients can hold, safeguard and transfer the coins inside the same controls the bank uses for everything else. BNY already guards the reserves behind RLUSD, and now it guards the tokens themselves. The bank also intends to let clients mint and redeem $RLUSD directly, and is exploring tokenised trade finance on the XRP Ledger, although those are plans still waiting for approvals. When a vault this old opens a drawer for $XRP, the people who only trust old vaults, start paying attention.
