Today, while visiting the market, I stopped by Cua Bao An 🦀 and bought one crab weighing 0.5kg for 220k VND. When I got home, I boiled it, split it open, and found the crab’s meat was exactly as shown in the photo—though the crab meat was slightly dry. I took a photo 📸 and sent it to the vendor, saying the crab seemed dry. She replied, “That’s just how it is—what’s dry about it?” 🤔 and refused to exchange it for another one. For those with experience eating crabs 🦀: Is this crab actually dry? And if it is dry and the vendor refuses to exchange it and acts dismissive, what should I do?
