Fhenix opened CoFHE on Ethereum and Arbitrum with exactly two names attached as first mainnet design partners, and @FlutonIO is one of them. The other is Alpha Engine, a platform for evaluating trading strategies without exposing the logic behind them. The two partners are bets on different things. Alpha Engine protects one product's secret. Fluton protects a layer that other products stand on, with encrypted intents covering swaps, payments and cross chain moves under one confidentiality engine. One design partner is a customer of encrypted computation. The other is a path for many more customers to arrive. @fhenix says both partners finished technical and security reviews before launch, so Fluton was vetted on the way in, not after. I might be wrong about how much that weighs, since the review details are not public and the description comes from Fhenix itself. On a mainnet where every contract needs approval before it can run, being named first says more than any tagline could.
