10.21% APY on SOL. I checked who pays it and what could go wrong. On @NolusProtocol, borrowers pay it. Why I'm watching the SOL lending pool: → 10.21% APY at the time of writing → Borrowers pay interest to access liquidity → Lenders earn that interest → Utilization sets how much capital is actually borrowed No magic. Just borrowers paying for liquidity. The risks are real too: → Liquidity: if too much SOL is lent out, your withdrawal waits for repayments or new deposits → Smart contracts: borrower interest doesn't make a position risk-free → Rate: 10.21% is a snapshot, not a promise Before sizing a deposit, I check live utilization and withdrawal liquidity. Can you explain where the yield comes from? Then you can judge the risk. Can't? You might be the yield. 🫡
