iPhone users risk having their cryptocurrency wallet information stolen simply by visiting a malicious website. This occurs when a user browses a website containing malicious code using an iOS device with an unpatched vulnerability. ↓ The iPhone may be compromised, putting cryptocurrency wallet data and other sensitive information at risk. Over 1,500 fraudulent websites targeting cryptocurrency users have already been identified (by Slowmist). Above all, follow these basic precautions: - Check your iOS version. - Never store your seed phrase on your device—in notes, photos, screenshots, or anywhere else. - Always access exchanges and wallets through official channels. While many users enable automatic updates, if you’re managing updates manually, go to: Settings → General → Software Update. Also, take this opportunity to clean up your device by deleting unused apps. Keeping your iPhone organized is the best defense moving forward.
