A business owner wants an AI agent to handle routine tasks and payments, but there’s one thing they don’t want, their personal identity sitting out in public just to prove the agent is legitimate. That’s where @Concordium’s Agent Registry comes in. The owner can verify their identity through an independent provider and link their agent to a verified person or business. Others can check the Verified by @Concordium badge without seeing the owner’s personal details on-chain. Meanwhile, AI agents are already doing practical things. TippingService has recorded 6,899 tips, with approximately 478,400 CCD moved between agents. NewsAgents anchors story summaries on-chain, while DOTDOTDOT requires active registry entries for agents joining its negotiation game. These aren’t all the same use case, but they show agents moving into real activities. For anyone putting an agent to work, privacy matters. So does knowing there’s a verified owner behind it. You shouldn’t have to expose your identity to establish accountability.
