$XRPN just signed a committed equity facility with Cantor. Up to $[X], filed via 8-K on October 23. Here is my take: this is the most revealing filing Evernorth has put out since going public, and it has nothing to do with XRP price. An equity line means the company can issue new shares to Cantor whenever it wants, at a discount to market. Supporters will call it flexibility. I call it a permanent supply of new stock hanging over every rally. The only test that matters: does each share sold increase XRP per share? If the stock trades at a premium to the XRP held, this is accretive. If not, existing holders are funding the growth. So tell me where you stand. Smart treasury management, or dilution with good branding?
