What caught my attention in @vangrid_io's API docs isn't really the $0.01 spatial query. It's the payment flow around it. An agent can ask for observations from a specific area and time window, get a 402 payment request, pay in USDC, then receive attested data in the same flow. No invoice or API account in the middle. I can see this becoming useful for agents that only need real-world data occasionally. Instead of paying for permanent access, they can buy exactly what they need when the task calls for it.
